Do I have to be a member?
No you don't have to be a member to come in on a wednesday this day it is free for all to enjoy. Thursdays have a members free event day where you have to be a member to come in for free - non members are charged £1.00 on this day.
So Why should I be a member?
The simple answer is that it is fun!
What can I do there?
Fun events, games and competitions with lots of prizes plus a menu jammed pack of diner food for you buy and enjoy!
Is that it?
No the diner is open for snacks and drinks along with games of pool and darts—the chill room will be open for a place to relax, play on the playstaion, read a book, watch a film or to chat with friends. So not only will you have great entertainment you also get the chance to mix with all year groups, enjoying good company and great food—a laugh and a giggle too! Get out of your boring common rooms and have fun at the place to be on a Thursday!!
Is it expensive and why do you charge?
No it’s not really at only £5 a term or £10 for a year that’s roughly 33p per youth club which is a bargain! You get a chance to enter competitions, play games and take part in great events you even get a membership card! We charge a small fee to keep the cost of the snacks down plus all the money we make goes straight back into the youth club in ways of new equipment, prizes, and things to make it fun!! Your ideas and comments help make change it too!
Do you have a limit on members?
No we can have lots at the moment we have 115 so why not join them??
How do I become a member?
Simple look through the newsletter sent out every term and find the reply slip and fill it out and hand to Kirilynn even in the youth club or In Howard House - or just come and see me.
Remember it is your youth club make it what you want!
All your ideas, comments and suggestions are important in making Coles Diner a fantastic place without you there would be no youth club!
